Drive the Future. RWC Group is expanding our Mobile Service footprint across California, and we’re looking for a dynamic Mobile Service Manager ready to lead from the front. This is more than a management role, it’s an opportunity to build, coach, and grow one of the most important divisions in our business. You’ll lead multiple mobile technicians and units across the state, ensuring uptime for our customers, maximizing performance, and driving a culture of urgency, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of service leadership experience (truck, fleet, or equipment industry preferred)
  • Strong mechanical understanding
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and hit performance goals
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Desire to build something great, team, process, and reputation

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations for all California Mobile Service units
  • Coach and develop technicians for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure strong relationships with local fleets and field customers with a focus on overall growth
  • Track and manage financial performance (labor sales, GP, proficiency, etc.)
  • Partner with Parts, Warranty, and Service Leadership to streamline processes
  • Maintain RWC’s culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
