Requirements
- Proven experience in service coordination, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on service status.
- Collaborate closely with service technicians and management to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain detailed records of service appointments, customer interactions, and technician assignments.
- Track and report on service metrics to help improve operational efficiency.
