About The Position
Diehl Ford of Beaver is expanding our Mobile Service Department and is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Mobile Service Coordinator to help deliver convenient, high-quality vehicle service directly to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, scheduling, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
- Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems a plus
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments with customers
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, timing, and expectations
- Dispatch mobile service technicians efficiently and accurately
- Prepare repair orders and ensure all documentation is complete
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
- Work closely with the service department to support daily operations
