About The Position

As a mobile sales associate - keyholder, you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers. Requirements

• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions
• Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge
• Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries
• Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent
