Requirements

Experience or combination of experience in the following fields:
Automotive Repair
HVAC
Plumbing
Refrigeration
Electrical
Carpentry
General maintenance - “Jack of all Trades” is a plus.
A valid driver’s license.
Ability to furnish own hand/shop tools.

Nice To Haves

A New York State inspection license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Drive to campsites and off-site locations to service RVs. A company vehicle will be provided.
Perform all work assigned with speed and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
Perform repair and maintenance of customer’s and company’s products in accordance with time and schedules assigned by Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager.
Maintain level of competence on a technical basis, such as:
Attend all factory-sponsored training classes, and/or all available service training schools.
Attain highest level of certification which can be achieved.
Maintain professional relationships with customers, dealership personnel, and vendor representatives.
Maintain tools and equipment while following proper safety procedures.
