As a Mobile Route Technician, you’ll travel daily to customer sites to repair and restore damaged surfaces while managing your own schedule and interacting directly with customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer-service skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Enjoys hands-on work and problem solving
• Able to stand, bend, and move in/out of vehicles easily
• Must pass background and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-supplied van to customer sites in your assigned route area
• Perform on-site repairs to leather, vinyl, plastic, and fabric materials
• Show samples, explain repair quality, and distribute marketing literature
• Create invoices and maintain accurate work records
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships
• Manage daily route priorities independently
