About The Position
Mobile Assistant Director of NursingEast Side Cleveland Legacy Health Services offers a unique "Local Travel" model designed for RNs who value clinical excellence. Your Role & Impact As a Mobile Assistant Director of Nursing with Legacy, you are more than a clinician; you are a leader. You will guide direct care staff and collaborate with physicians to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care. Clinical Excellence: Deliver direct care in accordance with facility policies and modern standards of practice. Collaboration: Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes. Documentation & Assessment: Accurately administer medications and report changes in resident status with a detail-oriented approach. Patient Advocacy: Provide essential education and support to residents and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN License.
- Current CPR Certification required.
- A dependable professional who remains calm under pressure and prioritizes exceptional customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Point Click Care is preferred, but not required.
