About The Position
Join Road Runner Sports as a Mobile Retail Fit Expert for our newest retail concept (Shoe Force) where we bring our Perfect Fit Process to where our customers are at. You will work in a new location each day at wellness events, corporate sites, health expos or special events throughout the community. This is an exciting role where no two days are alike as you take customers through our Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology and provide a personalized recommendation as part of the Wow Customer Experience. You will join a family of Team Memberswho share your passion for a healthy and active lifestyle. You will make a differencein customers’ lives as you help them on their journey to a healthier life! This is a sales-based position and you’ll be given the tools and training to make you successful. Requirements
- Enthusiastic approach to selling Shoe Force program
- Ability to load and unload the Shoe Force Van Daily (moving equipment up to 50Lbs)
- Willingness to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced environments
- Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time
- Maintain a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a large van.
