Requirements
- Current MN license as a Physical Therapist
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
- Experience in home health preferred, but we welcome outpatient/inpatient backgrounds
- Passion for client -centered rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client function and mobility through in -home assessments
- Design and implement patient -specific rehab strategies
- Provide hands -on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations
- Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers
