Mobile Phlebotomist- Up to $35/ Hour
About The Position
Come join our amazing Interim Healthcare Team! As a Traveling Phlebotomist you have a direct impact on the quality of care and proper medical treatment for residents of skilled nursing or other facilities as you do blood draws in the facility so the resident doesn't have to drive to go in person to a clinic or hospital. Schedule: 5am-1:30pm Monday - Friday Pay rate: $33-$35 per hour depending on experience! Location: Start in St. Louis Park to gather necessary supplies and drive a company vehicle to facilities in the west metro, Meeker and Wright counties. Come Join our Interim Team!!
Requirements
- One year of phlebotomy experience and 1,000 blood draws outside of training.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Skilled with being able to complete difficult blood draws.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
- Clean driving record and current auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the geriatric population is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Specimen collection/blood draws, some processing.
- Driving the company vehicle to nursing facilities or group homes to complete the blood draw
- Skilled blood draws and correct labeling, documentation and processing of the blood samples.
- Strong customer service skills.
