The role requires planning and organizing a draw schedule, completing necessary documentation, and collaborating with various departments such as dispatch, payroll, and laboratory services. Additionally, the employee must maintain equipment, respond promptly to communications, and notify dispatch of availability for future assignments. Other duties may be assigned by the Area Phlebotomy Supervisor.
