Requirements

• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and vitals checks in patients' homes.
• Provide preventative care and diagnostic services, including diabetic foot screenings and ECGs.
• Ensure proper labeling and management of collected samples for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Utilize mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging for care coordination.
• Create meaningful connections with patients to enhance their care experience.
