Mobile Mental Health Coordinator (MMHC) (Full-time, 40 hours) Exempt BUILD, Inc. (Broader Urban Involvement and Leadership Development) is presently seeking a committed, self-motivated, and innovative individual to join our team. BUILD is a nationally respected gang intervention, violence prevention, and youth development organization based on Chicago’s West Side. Mobile Mental Health Coordinator (MMHC) is responsible for the successful implementation, on-going program development and day-to-day maintenance of services for BUILD’s MMH program; duties include but are not limited to maintaining compliance in the Apricot/CIS databases, coordinating services within the team of clinicians and case managers, and assisting in the management of the program budget. In addition, the MMHC will provide assessment, referral, and follow-up service to youth and families when needed. The candidate must be self-directed, have team management skills, strong communication skills, strong project management skills, and a consistent focus on health and wellness. Candidates must be able to work with a diverse workforce in worksite settings, while keeping up on mental health trends, organization communication plans, and supporting overall program delivery needs. The MMHC reports directly to the Manager of Mobile Mental Health (MMMH).
