About The Position

The Mobile Member Service Representative is the first point of contact for members visiting the mobile clinic. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for members by handling check-ins, scheduling, administrative support, and connecting members with resources. Compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail are key to success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, medical reception, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment.
  • Facilitate member check-ins, appointment scheduling, and record updates in EMR.
  • Address questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide occasional member transportation to clinic locations when needed.
  • Collect and process member fees, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Manage incoming mail, faxes, and other communications, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
  • Assist members in accessing resources such as housing, employment, and education.
  • Collaborate with clinical team to connect members to services supporting recovery and well-being.
  • Partner with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
