The role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation, inspecting equipment for wear and damage, and documenting findings accurately. The position also requires operating equipment to verify repairs and support plant operations as needed, as well as collaborating with plant personnel to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair heavy mobile equipment
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Commitment to safety and adherence to maintenance protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
