The BSN/RN Lead is responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of the Mobile Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program, delivering addiction treatment services to individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) and other substance use disorders in the community. This position provides leadership to a multidisciplinary mobile care team, ensures high-quality nursing and medication administration practices, and facilitates coordination of care across behavioral health, primary care, and recovery support services. The BSN/RN Lead plays a key role in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical standards, promoting harm reduction principles, and providing compassionate, person-centered care in a mobile, field-based setting. Mobile MAT program is a healthcare service that delivers addiction treatment directly to individuals in their communities using mobile units, such as vans or specialized vehicles. These programs provide medication assisted treatment, which typically includes medications, combined with counseling and support services, to help individuals with opioid use disorder manage cravings, reduce withdrawal symptoms, and support long-term recovery. These units are designed to reach underserved or remote areas, offering greater accessibility to individuals who may face barriers like transportation issues, limited access to healthcare facilities, or social stigma. In addition to providing medication, the mobile MAT program offers a range of supportive services, such as mental health counseling, case management, risk reduction education, and referrals to additional healthcare or social services.
