About The Position

We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support our maintenance team across multiple multifamily properties. This position is ideal for someone with general maintenance or transferable skills who is looking to grow in the field and be part of a reliable, hands-on team.

Requirements

• Some experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or similar (not required to be an expert)
• Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable traveling to properties within a 1–2 hour radius of Raleigh
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to adapt to different properties and needs

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple multifamily properties
• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently and on time
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues early
• Assist with unit turns, make-readies, and overall property upkeep
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and compliance standards
• Travel to assigned communities as needed (typically within a 1–2 hour radius of Raleigh)
