This position is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of building systems and equipment—including carpentry, plumbing, electrical components, and other mechanical assets. The role requires working independently while traveling to various job sites to perform preventative, reactive, and emergency maintenance, supporting uninterrupted operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service. ___________________________________________________________
