About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician II to maintain four of our Salem properties! About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with a team and thrives in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, values strong communication, and takes pride in delivering quality work. We are offering $26.00 to $28.00 hourly depending on experience, including a monthly $150 auto and $50 phone reimbursement.

Requirements

Minimum two years of experience in property/apartment maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple property systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster, and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
