About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mobile Maintenance Tech II to join our team and support two apartment communities—Hudson's Pointe and Parkview Commons Apartments located in Seaside and Hammond Oregon. We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely. This is a mobile position, so you will need a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance. You’ll be traveling between multiple properties to complete work orders and support onsite teams. Location: Seaside and Hammond, Oregon Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Wage Range: $27.00–$29.00/hour (DOE) Additional Compensation: $50/month phone reimbursement $150/month auto reimbursement Bonus opportunities You’ll play an important part in ensuring our communities remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for all residents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
  • Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
