About The Position

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II for the Georgetown Manor & Morningside Manor Apartments! Location: Beaverton, Oregon Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday About the Role: This mobile position requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, as you’ll be traveling between properties to perform maintenance tasks. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our communities are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents.

Requirements

2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
