We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor with flexible availability to lead teams that maintain our mining equipment. Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid state driver's license.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance of mobile equipment.
• Leadership skills and experience in supervising a unionized workforce.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization.
• Computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing the safety of people every shift.
• Leading a team of diesel mechanics and electricians to support heavy mobile equipment such as D-10 dozers, 16H graders, diesel production drills, 240-ton diesel electric haul trucks, and electrical shovels.
• Leading team members while encouraging them to contribute their full potential.
• Monitoring ongoing maintenance activities and complying with schedules while improving processes.
• Demonstrating and encouraging professionalism each day.
