The primary purpose of the Mobile Director of Maintenance is to assist in organizing operations of the Maintenance Department at the facilities in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Corporate Maintenance Director to assure that our facilities are maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
