About The Position
Mobile Logistics Associates (MLAs) are key members of Capsule's Logistics Team, connecting couriers on the road with the pharmacy's Dispatch Team. Your role is to ensure routes run smoothly, couriers are supported, and customers receive their medications on time. In this role, you will distribute routes to couriers, maintain clear communication with dispatch, and resolve issues collaboratively with couriers and leads. You will act as a Safety Champion by ensuring hub vehicles are stocked with four complete sets of PPE, reporting PPE distribution, and addressing unsafe conditions, including couriers not wearing required PPE. Additionally, you will mitigate delivery disruptions to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer experience, including completing deliveries when needed. Proactively identifying and resolving real-time challenges, analyzing daily KPI metrics, and recommending operational improvements to leadership will also be part of your responsibilities. You will build in-depth knowledge of Capsule's logistics procedures, uphold company policies, and continuously improve delivery practices through collaboration and real-time experience.
