About The Position
Overview We are seeking a skilled MOBILE Massage Therapist to support in the San Diego, CA region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques. This is a Full-time 1099 position .
Requirements
- Must have a valid state massage therapy license
- Must be punctual and professional with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to conduct physical examinations for massage suitability
- Strong skills in acute pain management
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy is preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform various types of massages including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques
- Conduct patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage treatments
- Provide exceptional patient service and care during massage sessions
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions
