As a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician, you operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems across multiple facilities to ensure optimal efficiency and equipment longevity. You maintain equipment in an energy-efficient and safe manner, proactively anticipate necessary repairs to minimize downtime, and keep thorough maintenance records. You also perform inspections and repairs of interior and exterior facility areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, mechanical, and building interior/exterior components, including related grounds and production equipment.
  • Maintain, operate, and become familiar with all facility equipment and systems.
  • Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts; report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations, and prepare summary reports with recommended actions.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including after-hours building emergencies.
  • Manage work orders using building automation and CMMS systems (e.g., Corrigo), and update status in real time.
  • Maintain detailed records and asset history documentation for all facility equipment.
  • Submit P-card receipts daily.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, relevant codes, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
  • Commercial refrigeration experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Universal CFC recovery certification EPA Section 608 (or within 90 days of employment)
  • 4+ years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance, electrical systems and equipment repair
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building automation systems and fire/life safety systems
  • Valid Driver License
  • Experience with Corrigo or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Strong familiarity with general office software applications like Word and Excel
  • Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC / R
  • Additional HVAC certifications (NATE, RSES, or manufacturer-specific certifications)
  • Experience working in commercial real estate or multi-tenant facilities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting
