Mustang Cat is hiring a dependable Mobile Hose Technician to travel to customer job sites and build hydraulic hoses to reduce downtime and improve equipment uptime. This is a hands-on, mobile role ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with construction equipment preferred
- Hydraulic hose building experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites across the Houston area to build and install hydraulic hoses
- Accurately identify hose parts and quote custom builds
- Stock and maintain inventory on your service truck
- Maintain a clean and professional hose van and workspace
- Place customer orders using the DBS system
- Process payments on-site via check or card
- Follow all job site safety protocols
- Provide an excellent customer service experience
- Support additional duties as assigned
