About The Position

As the Mobile Hose Service Technician, you will travel to customer work locations to build hydraulic hose assemblies and install them on-site.

Requirements

• Must be 21-years-old or older.
• Valid, active driver's license.
• Ability to clear driver screenings and provide necessary information for a complete DQ file, including but not limited to: Background check and MVR with less than 10 points.
• DOT Physical
• Drug Screen
• Ability to become fork lift certified and adhere to all Yancey safety standards
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and occasionally higher amounts with assistive device

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with and basic knowledge of hydraulics beneficial.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Experience with hydraulic manufacturing machines beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mobile hydraulic hose van in established territory
• Inspect, identify, measure and build hydraulic hoses on work sites
• Remove and replace hydraulic hoses on construction and industrial equipment
• Maintain mobile workshop and inventory
• Develop customer relationships and prospect for new business
• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
