Requirements

• Formal training in phlebotomy procedures and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to use a computer for data entry
• Flexibility for varied schedule
• Valid Driving Record and active driver's license
• Proof of Phlebotomy Certification

Responsibilities

• Ability to use a computer and systems for light data entry / scanning labels capability

• Valid Driving Record, valid/active drivers license, auto insurance, auto registration required
• Proof of Phlebotomy Certification is required
• Use of your own vehicle is required
• Paid Mileage Reimbursement is provided
