About The Position

Summary: Field Mobile Logistics Specialist is an on-site member of the Logistics Team in a territory sales office(s). This role schedules, prepares, and ensures delivery of instruments and implant sets for surgery in the territory. This role is also responsible for coordinating surgery schedules, preparing, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of instruments and implants sets for surgery. Good working knowledge of company products, operating system, and procedures is critical. What will you be doing? Maintaining accurate inventory records of products as they flow through the territory. Accountability of products missing from sets is crucial to ensure proper billings. Case coverage, inventory management, and analyzing data, picking and packing of finished goods. Perform all required and reporting to measure accuracy, utilization and validations while coordinating schedules daily to ensure most cost-effective delivery methods are being utilized. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, and meeting daily shipping requirements, by properly following warehouse protocols and processes. Multi-tasking and working under pressure are strengths needed. High stress at times during the day while juggling multiple tasks to meet deadlines Required to perform on call support as needed. Perform daily/period freight activity reviews on all FedEx and courier usage to ensure costing is correct and most economical. What will you need to be successful? (Formerly experience, education and travel) Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a related field, e.g. Operations, Logistics, Business Analyst.
