Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a technician repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems with the ability to read schematics/diagrams.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and advanced repair techniques.
• A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and demonstrates teamwork in a collaborative shop environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ownership of appropriate tools for the trade.
• Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, DOT physical, and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of general construction equipment, aerial lifts, and dirt equipment.
• Performing advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Using diagnostic tools and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Documenting services accurately and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Ordering necessary parts from vendors with precision and accuracy.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and loyalty with every interaction.
