About The Position

As a Virtual Retail Mobile Expert at T-Mobile, you will serve as a wireless sales and communications solutions expert, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through personalized solutions. Your role involves assisting inbound customers in selecting the right devices and services, ensuring a connection that meets their needs. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets while fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Customer acquisition sales skills, including competitive drive and confidence for success (Required)
• Troubleshooting skills with 12 months of multi-tasking and navigating between Windows systems, and knowledge of IoT (Required)
• Proficiency in providing superior customer service to build loyalty and customer satisfaction (Required)

Responsibilities

• Selling and serving to customers while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently training on T-Mobile experiences, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems, new products, and reference resources.
• Demonstrating sales skills in new customer acquisition, including results-oriented drive and confidence for success.
• Utilizing digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
