About The Position

This role supports retail sales events by providing customers with a comprehensive and welcoming experience in a mobile showroom environment. It involves engaging customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate products and services while supporting sales associates. The role differentiates itself by combining direct sales activities with community outreach and partnership development. Success is measured by achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and effective collaboration with team members. The work enhances the organization's presence in local communities and contributes to overall customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Less than 2 years 6 months Retail experience in high volume environment (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by collaborating with retail and partner sales associates during events to meet sales targets
  • Build community partnerships by networking with local businesses to increase brand awareness and support event participation
  • Engage proactively with diverse customers to provide product education, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Train and support sales associates to adapt to the event environment and deliver consistent customer experiences
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
