About The Position

This role supports retail sales and service goals by providing a positive customer experience in a mobile event environment. It involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions to meet sales targets. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bilingual (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Less than 2 years 6 months Retail experience in high volume environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results by collaborating with retail and partner sales associates during mobile events to meet event sales goals
  • Build community relationships and increase brand awareness through outreach and networking with local businesses and organizations
  • Engage customers proactively in a visible retail setting to provide product education and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support onboarding and acclimation of retail and partner sales associates to the mobile event environment to enhance customer experience
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
