SUMMARY Our Manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our assembly line team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player. It’s important for new hires to hit the ground running and must be able to work. Staring Pay: $18.75/hour Hilo Prem: $1.00/hour Shift Premium:$1.00/hour 3rd Shift: Sunday 9pm-6:15am Monday-Friday 10pm-6:15am
Requirements
- Make SAFETY Personal
- Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.)
- Must have good hand and eye coordination
- Ability to multitask and work quickly
- Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others
- Maintain constructive relationships
- Take initiative to make things better

- Be on time
- Sit down forklift experience is mandatory 1+ years
- Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
- Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
- Unload trucks and put inventory away
- Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
- Load trucks with empty dunnage
