Requirements

Basic Mechanical aptitude
Demonstratable knowledge of Diesel & Gas engines operation & maintenance

Nice To Haves

Prior heavy industry related experience
Metal fabrication and welding skills
Equipment Maintenance certifications

Responsibilities

The preventative & corrective maintenance of all onsite mobile equipment. (Forklifts, Aerial lifts, skid steers,company vehicles, portable generators, mobile cranes, etc.)
Coordination of all aspects of mobile equipment rentals onsite.
Short- & long-term management of mobile equipment spare parts
The Mobile Equipment Mechanic will also be expected to assist with preventative & corrective maintenance of Plant Auxiliary systems & equipment from time to time
candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
