About The Position
The Mobile Director of Nursing (DON) is a full-time role responsible for providing leadership and support to nursing staff across multiple facilities. This position requires travel to various locations to ensure that care standards are met and the highest level of care is provided to residents. The Mobile DON will work closely with facility administrators and medical directors to maintain quality care and compliance with regulations.
