Responsibilities
- Greet customers in retail locations and provide expert knowledge on AT&T wireless plans and devices
- Educate customers on the value of switching or upgrading with AT&T
- Assist with plan activations, device setup, and service enrollment
- Track and report sales results and customer feedback to leadership
- Collaborate with teammates to improve results and customer experience
