About The Position

As a Mobile Developer at PEAK6, you’ll be part of a collaborative team building and enhancing mission-critical apps. You’ll deliver robust iOS and Android mobile experiences—predominantly in React Native—supporting teams with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

3-5 years’ experience building mobile applications, with a strong focus on React Native for iOS and Android.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
Experience publishing and supporting apps in the App Store and/or Google Play.
Familiarity with modern mobile architectures, third-party libraries, and API integration.
Experience collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams in Agile environments.
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices, performance optimization, and debugging tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile security standards.

Responsibilities

Design & Build: Create high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile apps for both iOS and Android using React Native.
Collaborate: Work closely with teams to translate requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences.
Iterate & Improve: Participate in the full app lifecycle from idea to deployment; rapidly iterate on features with feedback from real traders and internal users.
Own Quality: Write maintainable code and conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure smooth operation in time-sensitive environments.
Maintain & Support: Contribute to ongoing support, app updates, and improvements across existing and new mobile products.
Adhere to Best Practices: Apply best practices in mobile security, accessibility, and modern app development.
