Collaborates to provide and maintain applications that meet business needs, including software design and development, providing technical guidance and leadership. Depending on qualifications and experience, this position can be filled at either a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer level. This position will be located in Sentry's office in Madison, WI or Nashville, TN under a hybrid work model, Mondays and Fridays having the ability to work remotely from home, Tuesday through Thursday in office.   • Design and develop applications and capabilities to meet product requirements effectively using technical best practices.
  • Complete scoping efforts for assigned features and functionality, identifies components and estimate associated work.
  • Ensure timely delivery in alignment with established expectations.
  • Create responsive UI using the Swift programming language for iOS devices.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the Apple development ecosystem and lifecycle, including developer tools, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
  • Utilize your strong understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
  • Associates Degree of equivalent work experience, with degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Swift UI programming language
  • Displays strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of design principles and development practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess an understanding of relevant business domains
  • Full Stack Java experience is a plus
