As a Mobile Customer Service Representative at Spectrum, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our customers who utilize our mobile services. This position is designed for individuals who are digitally-savvy problem solvers, enjoy multitasking, and possess a passion for customer service. You will be part of a dynamic team that keeps over 31 million customers connected through Spectrum Mobile, providing them with fast, reliable connections and flexible data plans for their smartphones and tablets. Your daily responsibilities will include interacting with customers through inbound calls to address a variety of topics such as mobile service activation, billing inquiries, rate and fee questions, order and payment processing, account updates, and subscriber challenges. In this role, you will be expected to resolve customer inquiries while delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will work independently in an open and friendly environment, collaborating with a supportive and energetic team. Spectrum offers a bustling 24/7 call center environment with a variety of shifts, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced work setting. You will be navigating phone and computer systems to resolve questions and maintain customer accounts, ensuring that every interaction strengthens the connection between Spectrum and its customers. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work various schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
