About The Position

As a Mobile Custodian, you will be an essential part of our team that travels to various retail stores throughout the week to provide top-notch cleaning services. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver license are required.
• Ability to travel across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of retail stores.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakroom, and other common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Ensure that all surfaces are clean and free of debris.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Report any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Be prepared to travel to different retail locations throughout the week.
• Adapts to different cleaning environments and tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Represent the company in a positive and respectful manner.
• Other duties as required.
