Requirements

Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions such as cold, heat, and humidity.
Must not be afraid of heights.
Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
Able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
Ability to get along with others.
Positive customer service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Operate a front-end loader to pack material away from mobile crushing equipment, load trucks, etc.
Build, maintain, and manage material stockpiles, including constructing and maintaining safe berms and ramps.
Inspect, clean, grease, and perform basic maintenance on loader and related equipment.
Work closely with crusher operators and ground crew to ensure efficient and safe operations
Assist other team members as needed or directed, and other duties as assigned by management.
