About The Position
Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center seeks an individual to serve on our Mobile Crisis Response team. The MCR Worker is a member of Turning Point's crisis intervention team, providing crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises, who call the 24-hour crisis line or present in-person to Turning Point. The MCR worker will be available to provide crisis intervention to anyone, anywhere and at any time. This position requires being available for 24/7/365 coverage and is a 40-hour work week. The MCR staff will rotate on weekends, overnights and holidays to provide 24/7/365 coverage. Team members will actively engage people in community settings, implementing and maintaining new collaborations with community stakeholders, such as first responders, local public services, and other non-profit organizations.
