About The Position

As the Licensed / License-Eligible REACH Mobile Crisis Team Lead, you will provide clinical oversight and coordination services for the REACH Mobile Crisis Team. The Mobile Crisis Coordinators that you will lead, provide rapid response to individuals with I/DD experiencing a behavioral health crisis, which can occur in their homes or community settings. Primary duties include administrative and clinical supervision of REACH Mobile Crisis Team, coordination of admissions/discharges, dispatching staff, and reviewing staff service documentation. This role is responsible for shared supervisor rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes providing guidance and support to the team while they are on call.

Requirements

Master’s in health, psychology or social work
Licensed or Licensed-Eligible as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Leadership, crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making
3 years of experience with mental health populations and I/DD preferred
2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health/developmental disabilities setting
Maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy.
