You’ll work on a mobile crisis team providing immediate, face-to-face or telehealth interventions, coordinate with community partners and law enforcement, and use clinical judgment to de-escalate situations and connect people to the right level of care. We seek a calm, adaptable professional with strong crisis-intervention skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will respond to on-call/mobile crisis calls, perform risk assessments and safety planning, coordinate hospitalizations or referrals when needed, and document interventions to meet reporting and compliance requirements.
