About The Position

Immediate openings for Full and Part time CPS's, RBT's or Field Care Consultants in the Rockdale and surrounding areas. LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE, APPLY TODAY!!! Candidates must meet job and residency requirements for this role. Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation is required. Available Shifts: We are currently offering a variety of full-time 4-day 10-hour shift work week scheduling options, including: Sunday through Wednesday 6a-4p or 8p-6a Wednesday through Saturday 6a-4p, 10a-8p, or 12p-10p Your shift preferences will be discussed during your initial recruitment call. Mission/Role: Serves as second responder providing community-based, face-to-face, rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis. This service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MCRS is provided in community settings including, but not limited to: homes, residential settings, other treatment/support settings, schools, hospital emergency departments, jails, and social service settings. Behavioral Health Link is a drug free workplace every employee will be required to do drug screening.

Requirements

Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred.
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with consumers with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
Communication, Quality of Work, Productivity, Teamwork.
Must be computer literate and proficient.
Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Conflict Management, Customer Focus, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Intelligence, Prioritization/Time Management, Result Orientation, Bi-lingual preferred.
This job requires employees to respond to mobile dispatches throughout the shift, via their own personal vehicle.
The position requires frequent in person interaction.
The ability to stand, walk, drive, speak and move freely (including navigating stairs) are required.
You must be able to drive at any time of day or night, and do so safely and without restriction for length, duration or condition of the drive.
At times, driving in heavy traffic or other adverse weather conditions may be required.
The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers – including virtual meeting software and various communications applications and smart phones.
Bending, lifting, and manipulating objects up to 25 lbs. may be occasionally required.
Ability to drive, stand, or walk for up to 8+ hours a day outdoors is required.
