We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time Mobile Crisis Counselor – Goldsboro, NC to join our team. As a vital member of our Mobile Crisis Team , you’ll bring calm, compassion, and expertise to some of life’s most challenging moments—helping people find safety, stability, and hope when they need it most. Your Role in Our Mission As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you’ll be on the front lines supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Working as part of a compassionate, fast-acting team, you’ll provide assessments, interventions, and strength-based crisis planning to ensure safety and stabilization. Every day, you’ll collaborate with families, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to deliver timely, coordinated care; helping individuals find hope and regain stability when they need it most. Requirements
- Must be willing to provide care in community and office-based settings
- Participate in the crisis phone support rotation
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to connect families to community resources
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two year of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
