Sante is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinicians to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Westminster, Maryland. This is a Part-Time role working Saturdays and Sundays. The available shifts are 4:00pm to 12:00am or 12:00am to 8:00am. As an MRT Clinician, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis plans, and serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers. This is an in-person role. NOT REMOTE!
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC)
- Willing to train newly licensed individuals or candidates scheduled to test within 1 month of hire.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-scene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
- Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
- Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
- Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed.
- Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
