Requirements
- Ability to interact appropriately with staff and others while working both on-site and off-site, with minimal support.
- Ability to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods, averaging up to eight miles of walking per day, and work safely in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to stay on task, follow instructions, and take direction from Team Leaders.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Team members travel daily using company-provided transportation with a Team Leader and coworkers to assigned locations to perform roadside litter removal and cleaning services.
- Completing assigned tasks as directed
- Working cooperatively as part of a team
- Following positive work ethics and safety practices
- Participating in required training sessions
- Adhering to scheduled breaks and lunch periods
- Taking responsibility for personal belongings
- Following instructions from Team Leaders
- Performing other related duties as assigned to support efficient and high-quality service delivery.
